Bar & Jazz Hall

The Aery upstairs is an art deco inspired bar, with a fully stocked range of alcohol from across the star. We pride ourselves on the ability to source the finest to drink while you lounge and enjoy the music from the jazz hall downstairs.

The Aery downstairs is where the magic happens. The music flows and everyone gets to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere of the friends and the family they are surrounded by. The preference is for jazz and swing, though we welcome anyone with a musical heart to see what the audience enjoys!

- No Patrons Behind The Bar or On The Performance Stage Without Proper Permissions
- OOC Consent is Strictly Enforced at ALL TIMES. Violation of Consent Will Result in IMMEDIATE Removal

A true rags to riches story, Dalo is the kind-hearted leader of the Smoky Aery, and the glue that holds the wonderfully dysfunctional family together. Quick with a smile, or a song, she'll always be there to please her clientele and her friends alike.

The Mistress ~ Aife Mjochna

The mysterious Mistress of the Aery, watching over her domain. Make no mistake, just because Dalo is the owner, doesn't mean the Aery is any less Aife's. Not one to be trifled with, for many reasons, it's best to stay on the sweet side of this Mistress.

The Caretaker ~ Maou Iwakura

A keeper of the moon, born and raised in the shroud. One part gremlin, one part deviant, she has an eye for gil, gems, and other shiny what-have-you's. A sharp wit belied by an innocent façade, don't let her cute appearance fool you. She's a born hunter, and a natural predator.

Inner Circle

The Voice ~ Kanna Yaguro

Born in the forests dotting the slopes of the Daitenzan and shaped by years in Bukyo, they carry the grace of the forest and the resilience of the city. Their performances blend discipline with emotion—movements honed like a blade, yet always guided by a gentle heart. They meet the world with patience and quiet strength and thanks to the care and guidance of the Madame of the Aery, Kanna has finally found something rare and long-sought—a place to belong, and a stage to call home.

The Face ~ Solomon Hargrove

A Hyur of tanned skin, white hair and more secrets than you can count on both hands, Solomon is unpleasant company that is always visibly up to some scheme; and yet, there is an underlying charm that only serves to make him more dangerous. He is old, grumpy, arrogant, narcissistic, funny, entertaining, thrilling, and much more. Will you dare dance with him under the pale moonlight?

The Sweetheart ~ Amiyu Dawnspire

Amiyu, Ami to her friends, is an upbeat Auri from the Steppe. The Raen has strawberry red hair and bright blue eyes, with opalescent white scales covering all of her back, arms, and legs. Dalo's adopted daughter, and a staple of the Aery, whether serving drinks at the bar, playing the piano or cello for shows, or just enjoying the atmosphere of the club, Amiyu is here to help make your night one you'll be talking about for weeks to come.

Zeri Silania

Zeri is a retired soldier who loves getting to know new people. She owns a little club of her own but here at the Aery, she's just a flirty performer who's passionate about music.

Lyra Arietta Kubo

Once a noble in Ul'dah, Lyra has since left that life behind. It was boring and stagnant, unlike the music that marches her soul forward. Only natural that she'd find her place to then be on the stage~.

Rhapsody Redwood

A runaway from the Ruby Sea, Rhapsody is trained in traditional Othardian instruments originally meant for ceremonial use. Now a Chirurgeon by trade, with a passion for music, Rhapsody seeks to create an Othardian Jazz Fusion to share with the world.

Captain Rufwyrd Falvard

A big burly bear of a Roegadyn, when he's not barking orders on the bridge of his airship, the LNS Horizon, Captain Ruff is commanding the bar and safety of the Smoky Aery. Whether he's looking sharp in uniform or decked out in the finest jazz style, he's a dashing rogue with charm to match his brawn. He brings his skills learned at Limsa's legendary cafe, the Bismarck, ready to mix the finest of cocktails with his signature flair. During the show, he'll be here to keep an eye on things and make sure folks don't get too out of hand. And who knows, you might even get to hear him sing on stage once in awhile!

Moonlighters

Kikyo Yatsurugi

An opal-scaled social butterly who thrives off of company and conversation, on attention and good music. A natural charmer, Kikyo loves nothing more to meet new people, and see what's going on all around her. She is friendly, outgoing, sociable; if you catch her eye, she's liable to walk right up to you to start a conversation with a smile and a cheerful tone.

Archon Orianna Vossan

Retired archon, arms dealer and war veteran. She spent her time in the Maelstrom singing and playing Jazz and now recently has taken up the moniker again. Happy to support her friends and follow her passions, she plans to put on a show everyone would enjoy.
